We all know that there is no use crying over spilled milk.
Abraham Lincoln had 2 breakdowns, lost 8 elections, and was bankrupt twice. Yet he said that he chose to see his situation not as a setback but as a new starting point in life.
You too can choose to forget the past and worked forward to the future.
So, my advice to you today: Choose to look at setbacks as an opportunity to grow. as a springboard for newer and better things to come.
